The fourth network meeting of the DFG Project “Dis/Abilities and Digital Media” is dedicated to the spaces of experience that emerge from the interplay of practices, senses and media. The interest lies on the aesthetic, artistic and philosophical potentials of dis-/ability in both historic and contemporary practices. The three-day event consisting of lectures and workshops is centred by evening lectures by Gili Hammer (Hebrew University of Jerusalem) on “Embodied translation across abilities”, and Karin Harrasser (Kunstuniversität Linz/IFK Wien) on “In/capacity. Anthropology of the senses in question”. More info: https://dis-abilities-and-digital-media.org/+
